Character is built everyday, action by action.

It is our desire to train athletes by using positive coaching mentors to improve overall volleyball skills as well as to develop leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and self-motivation on and off the court. We strive to take each player to a higher level of competitiveness while maintaining her love for the game.

Our Coaching Philosophy

We are committed to providing an experience that will enable each player an opportunity to excel.  Collectively, our coaches are balanced and skilled in each position therefore each player will be exposed to a greater depth of knowledge as represented by the specific expertise of each coach. For example, because our entire club practices at the same time in the same gym, we will use coaches from all teams to conduct clinics within our practices to elevate each player’s understanding of her position and establish better form. This will give us the opportunity to personally train each athlete to excel for the team. Our focus is on positive training techniques and view coaches as teachers as well as role models. When a player needs extra help and guidance our job is to teach, show, and practice.  One-on-one training will also be utilized within practice time to give the player all the advantages needed to succeed.

Will my daughter play in the games?

Volleyball is very much a team sport and one person cannot single handedly win a game. With that being said, we also believe that one person can bring down the momentum of a game which could result in a loss. So we simply do not just play the most skilled players in games. The decision on who is in the game depends on multiple things, not just ability. It is based off of attitude, skill, consistency, balancing other positions on the court (i.e. front row players vs. back row players), the ability of the other team, the line up of the other team, and how the girls on the court are playing together at that time.

We provide an opportunity for student athletes to develop their skills through participation in a competitive volleyball environment.   Come join us!
